Jess is a straight-talking Employment Lawyer at Halborns. Before joining the team, she spent four years training and working at a specialist employment law firm in London. She works closely with employers and HR teams on the people issues that crop up as businesses grow – from day-to-day employee matters and business change through to disputes and litigation – helping clients achieve practical, commercial outcomes while managing legal and people risk.
