Halborns, an Empowering People Group company, has announced the appointment of Gemma Elliott as Managing Director.
Gemma steps into the role after five years with Halborns, where she was previously Director of Key Clients. Her appointment comes at an important point in the Group’s development, as the employment law and employee relations landscape continues to evolve. Halborns works in strategic partnership with clients to redefine how employment law support is delivered. Its outsourced employee relations service gives organisations access to expert, commercially focused, legally privileged support as an extension of their internal teams, while Intelligent Employment combines legal expertise, technology and insight to help employers proactively manage risk and make better people decisions.
The appointment supports Empowering People Group’s wider growth ambitions. The Group is on a steep growth curve, most recently demonstrated by its agreement to acquire NatWest Mentor – the employment law, HR, and health and safety consultancy business – from NatWest Group. The acquisition will broaden the Group’s capabilities and reach across the UK market.
