Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for a confident, proactive Sales Development Representative to help fuel our continued growth.
This role is all about starting the right conversations. You’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities and setting up high-quality discovery and consultation meetings for our team.
You’ll be engaging with SMEs through to senior decision-makers in large organisations, using a mix of phone, email and LinkedIn to understand their challenges and open the door to meaningful conversations.
You’ll be:
- Proactively identifying and researching prospective clients
- Reaching out to senior and C-suite stakeholders using smart, targeted messaging
- Qualifying leads and booking discovery and demo meetings
- Nurturing prospects through to Expressions of Interest
- Keeping HubSpot CRM accurate and up to date
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing to continually improve outreach and engagement
We’re looking for:
- Proven B2B sales experience (outsourced HR or professional services a big plus)
- Confidence engaging senior decision-makers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism)
- Self-motivated, organised and commercially switched on
- A positive team player who’s ready to take ownership

Paralegal
Pay and perks
If you’re looking to learn, grow and be a key part of our team’s success, here’s an overview of what the role involves:
- Employment law advice – supporting our lawyers by producing advice and guidance for day-to-day client queries and identifying opportunities for best advice.
- Contract reviews and drafting – reviewing client’s employment contracts, identifying areas for improvement and drafting updates.
- Email update creation – drafting email update content on a weekly basis maintaining Halborns’ straight-talking, practical and commercial style.
- Welcoming new clients – working with our lawyers to embed our new clients and ensure they are set up to hit the ground running to receive advice.
A successful candidate will:
- Have completed an LLB, GDL, LPC or other qualifying law qualification to a standard of at least a 2:1 award or equivalent.
- Have completed an employment law elective or have relevant employment law experience.
