  1. Directorship issues:

    We review what you currently have in place, make recommendations to provide you with more flexibility and protection, produce a first draft, talk you through the changes and then finalise the agreement. Every year, we will contact you with amendments to the agreement which are necessary.

    We identify the structure of the deal and the relevant employment laws that apply, highlight the opportunities and threats in respect of the employment issues, provide timely support to ensure all obligations and risks are managed appropriately and keep the employment aspects of the deal on track.
  9. Defence of employment tribunal claims:
    We provide an early analysis of prospects of success, use the employment tribunal rules to our client’s best interests applying for strikeouts and deposit orders where appropriate, keep clients up to date with our progress and create the best defence possible along with the provision of advocacy from our lawyers at employment tribunal.
