Collaborative, pragmatic and proactive solutions
Our relationship with Halborns started a few years ago, before I joined Quotient Sciences. Since joining the business, I’ve picked up and worked with Stefan and the team quite regularly.
That can be on various activities, including in-the-moment, when we really need a moment of help and advice. We feel like we’re coming to a partner, to someone who knows our business, who wants to understand and help us reach pragmatic solutions. But also really positive solutions in dealing with things we’re facing into.
In addition, we’ve worked with Halborns on a number of activities that have been more proactive, more strategic activities. So this might look at how we update our letter templates, our policies. It may also include how we educate our People team on the latest information.
Stefan and the team always come together in a really collaborative way. They help us stay focused on the outcome we want to get to, and they provide a really sound series of advice to help us get to that place.
